Urban Eats @ Embrujo Flamenco

Spotted:  This delicious Paella Embrujo ($39, serves two) with shrimp, mussels, clams, chicken and chorizo over rice at Embrujo Flamenco restaurant on the Danforth.  Order it as soon as you sit down, because it does take a while for it to cook.  My favourite part are the crispy pieces of rice that you scrape off the bottom of the pan.
Pair this with some nice crusty bread and a pitcher of the best sangria ($25.95) in Toronto and you have yourself a meal.  I don't know what makes the sangria so perfect here, but they seem to have the flavour and sweetness down to an art.  Not feeling paella?  Embrujo Flamenco also does a really kick-ass tapas menu.  Don't forget to check if there is a free flamenco show that night!
