Urban Eats @ Wing Lei's Dim Sum Buffet, Las Vegas

I was really lucky to be in Vegas over Chinese New Year this past February.  Here are some pics that I snapped (between bites!) from Wing Lei, a Chinese restaurant inside the Wynn Hotel with a Michelin star.  The restaurant hosted a special dim sum buffet at $65/each, but all the ingredients were top notch and included food stations, dim sum from the kitchen, sushi, fresh lobster, a seafood tower and dessert table.  It was like being invited to a REALLY fancy party.  The experience was definitely worth the price!
The Congee Station offered three types of congee with all the toppings

The Seafood Tower included jumbo shrimp, oysters and crab legs

The Lobster Station was one of the highlights of my day!  All-you-can-eat, but I didn't want to get too full before the dim sum came out.

I was told these were 'Special Dumplings'

Scallop Dumping

Har Gow

Pan-Fried Chive Dumplings

Soup Dumplings

One of everything fried please.

BBQ Pork Buns

Chinese New Year Celebration Foods

Sushi Station

Mango Bits in a Meringue Tart

Fancy Desserts!
