Make This! Peanut Butter & Jelly Breakfast Smoothie

Tastes just like the peanut butter and jam sandwiches that Mom used to pack in your My Little Pony lunch boxes!

This is a great nutritious breakfast for the busy hip and urban girl on the go.

Serves one, 5 mins prep time

  • 3/4 cup 2% milk (or soy/rice milk)
  • 1/2 medium riped banana
  • 2 slices of red apple
  • 2 tbsp of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of your favourite jam or jelly
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and enjoy!

Tip: To garnish your glasses with peanut butter and jelly, microwave 2 tbsp peanut butter in small microwave-safe bowl 30 seconds or until melted. Microwave 2 tbsp jelly in another microwave-safe bowl 15 seconds or until melted. Drizzle into glasses, tilting to colour sides, then pour into your smoothie.
