We are slightly addicted to cute shoes. So when The Bata Shoe Museum opened their new exhibit dedicated to hot shoes worn by rockstars, we were there with our booties on. Spotted: Avril Lavigne's iconic converse sneakers (above left) and Metric's front woman, Emily Haines' sparkly gold slippers (above right). They looked like a golden Easter egg, absolutely delightful.
The exhibit runs at the museum until November 30th and features the shoes of memorable Juno winners and nominees. We love seeing what our favourite Canadian musicians choose to express their feet with ;) The Juno Sole exhibit also celebrates 40 years of the Juno Awards. Memorable shoes from Paul Anka, Shania Twain, Billy Talent and Drake are also on display. Toronto's fashion scenesters and music industry specialists celebrated the opening last week at a party hosted by the very sassy and funny Jully Black.
