Consumer Electronic Show (CES) 2011, Las Vegas

In case you missed all the live Tweeting @BossLadyWendy here's a snapshot of some of the cool things in tech that I spotted at the CES (Consumer Electronic Show) in Las Vegas this past weekend.
With more than four decades of success, the International CES reaches across global markets, connects the industry and enables CE innovations to grow and thrive. It is the largest consumer electronics show in the world with over 2700 exhibitors spreading over 1.4 million sqft of floor space. It is held the first week of January in Las Vegas Convention Center.

Samsung 9 Series Laptop - at 13.3 inches and weighing 2.89 lbs it is lighter than the MacBook Air! Love the clean sleek design and shiny black finish made of Duralumin (the same material found in advanced aircrafts).

4G Blackberry Playbook - not just another tablet but this does a stellar job of multi-tasking! Meaning you can simultaneously do up to 7 things all at once without it crashing! Whether checking email, engaging in social media, watching vids, playing games, etc. the screens and browsers don't close (until you are ready to close them) but flawlessly transitions with a simple drag. It supports Flash as well! Coming out in March.

Panasonic - if 3D is your thing, they are clearly leading the way in 3D television. Panasonic also unveils the thinnest Plasma TV (54Z1) measuring a thickness of 0.33 inch using its next generation Neo PDP Eco plasma technology.

Kodak PLAYSPORT - durable and simple to use, this point and shoot camera can take photos up to 5 MB and records HD 1080p videos on the ground and up to 10 metres underwater! Great to have for your next island vacation.

Angry Birds - Mattel is releasing the board game version in May. Wonder if it is as addictive as the web app?!

Audi - not only did they have the coolest booth at the show but the R8 is the hottest car. Ever! Pimp my ride - "Tron"!!

iSkin - offering stylish accessories with premium protection for your iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Blackberry, etc. Plus they are a Canadian company and won the iLounge Best of Show 2011 at CES!

Reese Minis - they gave out 10,000 samples at the show. Definitely the biggest invention at CES this year!
