Last week it was Target coming to Canada.
This week it's Quebec's stylish clothing superstore, Simons that is expanding outside of La Belle Province and into the hearts of fashionistas across the country. No shopping trip to Montreal has ever been complete without a stop to Simons. Now I don't have to haul six hours away to shop their endless racks of hip clothing.
The first store is slated to open in West Edmonton Mall with twelve stores planned for 2012. Think of it as Quebec's answer to H&M - maybe even better. In addition to department store brands, Simons carries their own in-house line of affordable clothing for Men, Women and children. We think the success of Joe Fresh really paved the way for stylish and affordable clothing in Canada. The Hip & Urban Girl's Guide is excited to see a Canadian company thrive across the country.
