Ingredients and Instructions:
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 3 tablespoons honey (or sweetened as desire)
For an added fancy finish - cut another avacado in half and spoon the mousse into it. Then encrust the outside with honey and crushed pistachio and chocolate bits. Enjoy!
