Having cut her teeth working for designers like Vivienne Westwood and Zac Posen, it’s no surprise that Bagliore’s line of body-skimming dresses and spacious separates speaks more to a summer in glamorous Rome than one spent beachside.
Models sauntered down the runway with slicked-back buns, smoky wingtip eyes and otherwise bare faces. Large silver cuffs and black lace-up booties completed the look adding weight to balance the flowing fabric and to accentuate the dramatic silhouettes.
Playing with a monochromatic palette of black, white and gray, Bagliore’s ultra-wearable garments feature asymmetrical hemlines, sexy off-the-shoulder necklines and softly gathered knots at the shoulder, bust and waistline that can easily take the modern woman from day to night.
One of my favourite looks from the runway included a trench coat and harem pant combo that was glossy, voluminous, and a strikingly urban visual statement.
