Footwear Roundup: Little Burgundy at Stylexchange

When footwear retailer Little Burgundy closed it's shop on Queen Street West, lets just say I wasn't a happy camper. But my frown instantly turned upside down when I was invited to a private shopping event hosted by Little Burgundy + Stylexchange + Ion Magazine.

Little Burgundy is not going anywhere but only about to get bigger and better by partnering up with Montreal's fashion retailer Stylexchange. Known for their cutting-edge cult fashion, the new store is located at 326 Queen Street West and houses international and local brands such as Miss Sixty, Energie, J. Lindeberg, Canada Goose, Fluo, Parajumpers and denim lines that include Diesel, JBrand and True Religion.

But back to the shoes and boots! After spending an hour ooohing and ahhing over the fall and winter collections, here's my footwear roundup that will keep you warm and ready to step into the holiday season in style...

Cute to boot! Hunter loves tradition but also knows how to fashionably serve up some cool new fall colours and styles. (Starting from $150)

Did you know that for every pair you purchase, TOMS will donate a pair to a child in need of new shoes? Now that's giving back in style! (Starting from $55)

UGG Austrailia keeps our toesies comfy and warm during those chilly Canadian winters. (Starting from $140)

Stand tall, stand out and be proud with Jeffrey Campbell's vintage inspired line. (Starting from $140)

Oh that's so Michael Kors! These flats will come in handy as you take down that holiday shopping list or after you've had too much spiked eggnog. (Starting from $120)

Sorel's are made for snow, slush, rain and everything in between so Mr. Winter, bring it on! (Starting from $120)

Sold exclusively at Little Burgundy, these sky-high neutral toned pumps from Hibou will take you from the office boardroom to that mistletoe party. (Starting from $120)
