Getting Sexy at The Everything to do with Sex Show

On October 21st, the Toronto Metro Convention Center welcomed the annual Everything to do with Sex Show. This highly anticipated event featured live entertainment, workshops and over 100 unique vendors dedicated to all things sexy.

As a sex and relationship blogger, attending this event was like being a kid let loose in a candy store.

The Love Dreamer booth was one of the vendors that immediately caught my eye. Love Dreamer is a 100% Canadian owned and operated online sex toy, lingerie and adult novelty store that recently opened their very first retail showroom location in North York. Love Dreamer features their private label brand Dream Toys, a high quality, body safe line of toys designed for individuals and couples.

I also couldn’t resist checking out the large display set up of Lelo and Fun Factory products - two of my favorite brands which are often considered as the “creme de la creme” of adult toys both in design and function.

The people at the Love Dreamer booth were super friendly, upbeat and instantly made me feel comfortable as they answered my questions about their products!

One of my favorite sexy shopping spots in Toronto, Good for Her, had a booth set up featuring a collection of high quality toys, books and other great products designed to help you get your sexy on. The people at Good for Her are simply fantastic. If you are looking for a female and couple friendly shopping experience, I strongly suggest visiting their Harbord Street location for their signature brand of amazing customer service.

When my feet needed a break from walking around, I took in the Baci Lingerie show. Baci is a world-wide lingerie company known for its selection of sexy lingerie at very frugalista friendly prices. As the models sauntered down the runway, I was impressed the variety of different looks. For the hip urban girl who wants something a little bit sexy for everyday wear to daring outfits designed to bring a bit of fantasy to the bedroom, their line offers a little something for everyone.

I finished off my afternoon by watching a performance by Asassin one of North America’s premiere male exotic entertainers. After watching his performance, it’s easy to see why he was won numerous awards in his industry. Without getting into “not safe for work” details, I will say that Assassin is a great performer and his show even had this tough skinned sex and relationship blogger blushing by the end.

Everything to do with Sex Show did a great job at presenting sex in a light-hearted, open-minded way that made the event fun and accessible for individuals or couples alike. The event is licensed and throughout the afternoon I noticed groups of women of all different ages, sharing glasses of wine as they wandered around the different exhibits and watched the performances. I can’t wait to bring my besties next year and do exactly the same thing. Cheers!
