We sent Lisa J to her very first Toronto Fashion Week to cover the Soia & Kyo show for us. So how do you do it right? What's it like to go to a runway show? We tag along to find out...
I arrived an hour before the Soia and Kyo show and boy, did I need it. Ladies, show up early to catch the “pre-show” of makeovers, wine, photoshoots and schmoozing.
Strike a pose! Toronto Fashion Week staffers will snap your picture on the red carpet and send it to you via email.
Hit the Maybelline counter to get a free touch up from a Makeup Artists. I loved the pink lipstick she applied.
So many colours! PS – if you’re going to hit the bar afterwards, hold onto your wallet. The drinks are $10 each.
Don’t miss a visit with Barbie. I assume that Ken is busy on the runway?
Ticketholders, take note of the swarming crowds. Get in line 10 minutes before the show to secure a decent seat.
It’s showtime! More coming on the launch of Soia and Kyo’s Fall 2012 collection – stay tuned...
