Nailing The Polished Look For Spring

I'm having trouble dressing for the weather these days. Sun doesn't always mean I can get away with pumps or flats sans socks, and wind storms don't always justify my winter parka. Until mother nature chooses to keep things consistent, I plan to keep the spring in my step with a swipe of this season's lush polishes so I thought I'd share what's on my finger tips these days.

Most of the spring shades fall into 4 basic colour groupings:
The Greens... Essie Navigate Her, OPI Did It On 'Em, Butter London Bossy Boots.
The Teals... OPI Fly, Butter London Slapper
The Pinks & Oranges... OPI Kiss Me On My Tulips, Essie Tour De Finance, Essie Orange It's Obvious
The Corals... Butter London Trout Pout *must have*, Essie A Crewed Interest
Even though the colours look similar, you still need to brush on a few strokes to figure out which looks best with your complexion. Here goes my test drive:

Skinny dipping with the aquatics
Feeling the heat of these warm brights
And finally, my fave 5 for spring from left: Essie Navigate Her, Essie To Buy Or Not To Buy, Butter London Slapper, Butter London Trout Pout, OPI Kiss Me On My Tulips.
What are you wearing on your fingers and toes for spring? Share with your fellow hip urban girls in the comments. And...are you DIY'ing or heading out for a mani?

p.s. Big HUGS to OPI, Essie and Butter London for supplying me with such a gorgeous bouquet of polish for spring so I could create this post.
