We officially kicked off summer 2012 at The Molson Amphitheatre with Mott's Clamato last Friday. We called in the perfect weather - fluffy clouds, blue skies and sunshine to complement the occasion. Then we invited 50 hip + urban girls and guys to hang out with us on a lakeside patio and to enjoy a few spicy Caesars.
Cocktail Trivia: Where did the Caesar originate from?
Answer: It may have be named after a Roman emperor, but the Caesar (aka Bloody Caesar) is very much a Canadian concoction, invented in 1969 to celebrate the opening of an Italian restaurant in Calgary.
At Caesar School, Clint teaches us out how to properly mix a Caesar so you can enjoy this refreshing bevy at home all summer long. Check out these delicious recipes from Mott's Clamato and happy mixing!

The party is not over yet! After Caesar School, we chilled out under the stars and took in the Live Nation Sarah McLachlan + Toronto Symphony Orchestra concert. (Photo credit: Toronto Sun)
Guests took home goodie bags (valued at over $100). Thanks to our lovely sponsors for their donations: Conair (mini PRO hair straightener and headband), Pita Break (Crispy Pitas), Piola (free margherita pizza), Yogurty's (voucher), 99 Sudbury (one month free membership) and Mott's Clamato (the coolest salt & pepper shakers, Caesar recipe cards and coasters).

We've also got tons more fun event photos to share so check them out on our Facebook page.
