3 Pieces to Love From Milly x Banana Republic

Bright colours, luxe metallics and bold prints are perfect for your summer wardrobe and Banana Republic’s collaboration with Milly is full of them! Here are 3 pieces that made me look twice from the recently launched collection:

One Elephant, Two Elephant, Three…

When the temperature rises my go-to piece is always an awesome pair of shorts and these definitely fit the bill. Light fabric, great silhouette and the perfect length but let's not forget about my favourite feature... the fabulous print! The elephant motif gives the shorts a playful vibe without crossing the age appropriate line. Pair these with a simple sleeveless blouse to dress up or a relaxed tank to go casual and you're ready for any BBQ invitation that comes your way.

Shine Bright like A Diamond
This bag! I've had dreams about this bag. It meets all of my requirements for a great tote. It’s roomy. I’d definitely be able to lug around my laptop, lunch and umbrella in it with plenty of space for my other necessities. It fits over my shoulder. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve put a bag down because it couldn't allow me to go hands free. Maybe I’m weird, but I can’t buy a bag that I can’t wear on my shoulder. Though there’s nothing revolutionary about the shape of this tote, the high sheen makes such a statement and metallics go with everything.

Going Up
A versatile dress is a must for me in the summer. Something you can wear to work, a graduation or brunch with your girls. This dress does that perfectly. Its flattering shape is easy to wear and leaves room to indulge in summers sweet treats. Its retro chevron pattern draws the eye up to the neckline and the palette will look fabulous on a variety of skin tones.
