It’s no surprise that the seasonal menu is inspired by the diverse regions of Italy. Chef Giacomo Pasquini was born and raised in Senigallia, a town located along the Adriatic coast in the Marche region of central Italy. Whole fish, fresh handmade pasta and naturally-raised Ontario beef are specialties, with a focus on fresh, local ingredients. Plus, the restaurant has received a nod of approval from Ocean Wise for their use of sustainable seafood.
