Lisa's Strawberry Banana Smoothie - I like to mix mine with 4-5 frozen or fresh strawberries (hulled), 1/2 cup of orange juice, a banana, ice cubes and 1/4 cup of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt. Blend away in your blender and you're done! Like your smoothie sweeter? Add a teaspoon of honey or some chopped dates. For a superfood topper, sprinkle some crunchy cacao nibs on top or mix into your smoothie for texture.
Morning Tip - If you loathe mornings as much as I do. Make your smoothie the night before (without ice) and leave it in your blender. Just give it a whirl in the morning add ice to chill.
