HTC One: Life Is A Series Of Events

My life is one big juggling act! I'm a VP of Marketing by day, Blogger by night and a new mommy 24/7 so you know my smartphone needs to keep up with my uber busy lifestyle.

The new HTC One (M8) is loaded with cool and practical features that allow this hip + urban mama to stay connected and organized while on the go.

Some of my favourite features are:

The HTC uses not one, but TWO cameras enabling you to capture that perfect shot. Choose what parts of the scene you’d like to emphasize, even after the shot has been taken.

Longer talk times lasting 240-1080 mins and a standby battery life of 210-335 hrs.

The screen is a whooping 5" Full HD 1080p. When it comes to smartphones, size does matter!

The Zoe feature is my absolute favourite. Select your video and photos and create a story that comes to life. You don't need another editor to automatically add themes/filters and even your own soundtrack. I love how you can easily and quickly reshuffle, add more clips and create a memory keepsake to share on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or email to a friend. Check out my Zoe at the top of this post!

The new HTC One is available at Telus for $179 on a 2 year TELUS SharePlus Plan or $700 on No Term. Check out the full details and the complete listing of specs and phone features HERE.

  1. I am very much enjoying playing around with the HTC One's Zoe video editing software, but I really must call out HTC on the lack of intuitiveness for this feature in particular and their design in general.
