Ontario Fall Festival Guide

When I think of fall, I think of all the delicious food like pumpkin pie, homemad soups and fresh produce. Looking for a fall weekend getaway from Toronto that includes a little taste testing? Here are a few fun festivals happening in Ontario:

Admission - Adult (18+) - $15 (7 Samples)
Student/Senior (60+) - $10 (7 Samples)
    *Students must show valid student ID
Child/Youth - $5 (5 Samples)
Family (2 Adults and 2 Children) - $35 (24 Samples)

Holland Marsh is Canada’s soup (and salad) bowl. Sample delicious soups from over 30 chefs, created with produce and meats grown LOCALLY in the Holland Marsh.

Pumpkin Pie TrailYork Region 

Join the second annual Pumpkin Pie Trail: a celebration of all things pumpkin.
Participating venues located throughout York Region will feature a wide variety of family-friendly demonstrations, activities and events to showcase the versatility pumpkins as a delectable and healthy ingredient that can be enjoyed in many ways. Featured event is the pumpkin pie competition. Local chefs will compete for the best pumpkin pie, voted by the public! 

Sept 21 – November 30, 2014
Wine and Beer Trail

York region home to 4 vine to bottle wineries and 2 specialty breweries. Enjoy this tour in a day or make it a few day trips visiting the county during the picturesque fall season. As an added bonus visit all 6 and submit your ballet for a prize!
