The first ever holiday pop-up market will be taking place inside Toronto's Union Station from December 1 - 7, 2014. It's a great place to shop on your lunch break if you work in the PATH or to browse through when you're waiting to take the subway or GO train home. Attendance is also free.
Union Station Market will feature a curated group of 30+ local designers, artisans and gourmet food vendors offering a selection of the city’s best holiday gifts and will be held in The Great Hall of this historic train station.
Melissa Zuker, Toronto Market Co. co-founder and owner of Melissa Beth Designs thinks that, “the location makes it the most convenient place to find unique holiday gifts and gives a level of exposure for small businesses that is hard to come by.”
Look for holiday gifts from Foxy Originals, Yo Sox, Fluf, Nadège Patisserie, Desmond & Beatrice and Toronto Popcorn Company to name just a few! The Union Station Holiday Market will also be supporting Ernestine’s Women’s Shelter, a registered charitable organization supporting women and children affected by violence with fundraising activities.
