I love the combination of sweet velvety chocolate and hot spicy ginger in this cocktail. It's the perfect sugar n' spice to serve up for your holiday party!
Crafted in small batches, Criollo's newest flavour: Bourbon Dark Chocolate is bursting with pleasant undertones of decadent sweet cocoa beans, roasted nuts and the bold and oak tones of bourbon.
- 1 oz (30 ml) Criollo Bourbon Dark Chocolate
- 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) vodka
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur (or use real ginger slices)
- 2 dashes lemon bitters
- cinnamon stick
Shake the vodka, liqueurs and bitters with ice until shaker is frosted and strain into cocktail glass. I rimmed my glass with vanilla sugar (or cinnamon) for a decorative touch and garnished with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy & Happy Holidays!
