Spring Style

By: Lisa Ng

I am super excited about transitioning my wardrobe to Spring!

Though it's always sunny in LA, the days have been super windy and the nights have been cold. I can't wait to bust out a few florals, bright colours and a sundress or two as things finally warm up a bit more.

Here a few fun spring style favourites to get you inspired for the new season:

This cute Diamond Tie Neck Blouse from LOFT is great to pair with a pencil skirt for the office or with a pair of jeans for a trip to the Farmers Market. Though I find LOFT to be a hit or miss for me, I have a bit of luck with their blouses, jeans and dress pants. They have a fantastic petite section and when their jeans go on sale, they are only $40! I just bought this skinny modern pair yesterday.
I'm always on the lookout for flowy things that are comfortable to wear on plane rides, long road trips or to an outdoor festival. I am in love with this Traced Stripe Skirt from Anthropologie because it checks all of the boxes. It's casual and chic with a beachy bohemian vibe.
Speaking of summer festivals, H&M's Coachella collection features lots of boho dresses for under $50. This Z and L Cami Mini Dress is one of my favourites and perfect for a super hot day.
My go-to for maxi dresses is definitely Nordstrom. They have lots of casual dresses under $100 and a way bigger selection online compared to what you will find in-store. Free shipping and returns is super helpful too, which means you can try everything on at home and style as you would.
