Don't miss the largest vegetarian food festival in North America... it's happening at Harbourfront on September 9-11!
Between delicious vegetarian & plant-based food, this event is stuffed with workshops, lectures, fitness classes and music. New this year is the Veg Out Zone for relaxed eating. My friend, Chef Doug McNish (owner of Public Kitchen and the guy that sells those green "Kale is the New Beef" t-shirts) will be serving up delicious vegan fares at the World Cafe, and I'm so glad I won't have to make the trek to Barrie to enjoy Boon Burger!
This year's event will host international nutrition expert, Dr. Michael Greger and features 2016 MasterChef Canada Mary Berg as well as, cooking demos from popular local shops YamChops and Kelly's Bake Shoppe.
